CATERING & MENU SELECTION
We will help identify and select the right catering partner based on your event vision and budget. From menu development to dietary accommodations and service style, we will coordinate every detail to ensure the food and beverage experience complements the event.
EVENT RUN OF SHOW
We will develop a detailed task list and run of show that will organize every element of the event, from the moment the guests walk into the room, to the fond farewell they receive at the end. Each moment will be thoughtfully timed to ensure a seamless flow that maintains energy and keeps the guests engaged throughout.
EVENT DELIVERY
We will manage every aspect of the onsite event, including coordinating vendors, overseeing the schedule, and ensuring each element is delivered seamlessly. A professional DJ will provide the soundtrack, while an experienced emcee will take to the stage, engaging your guests, and serve as the driving force behind reaching your fundraising goal.
EVENT RECAP FILM
We will have a professional cinematographer onsite to capture the moment before transforming it into a compelling recap film. The finished product will serve as a powerful promotional tool and is perfect for building excitement and promoting upcoming Bend FC fundraising events.
