From the initial concept to the final moment onstage, we will help you create a distinctive fundraising experience with the potential to become a highly anticipated annual tradition. With more than two decades of event planning and production experience, we will confidently guide you through every step of the process to help you create a unique event to help you achieve your fundraising goals.
SCAVENGER HUNT INCLUDES
+ Custom scavenger hunt designed to fit the selected venue
+ Custom branding to match Friends of the Children or another requested theme
+ Cash for teams to use to complete challenges at different shops and businesses

EVENT VENUE + F&B
We will select a venue and build a F&B package that will appeal to a wide variety of palates. Our pricing will include venue rental, AV equipment and a semi-private room for us to host our event. Following the completion of the scavenger, teams will return back to the venue where drinks and appetizers will await their arrival. A full meal including non-alcoholic beverages will also be included.

Fully turnkey event that includes the design and execution of the scavenger hunt, selection and rental of the venue, and all non-alcohol F&B for each attendee including gratuity.

3:45 PM Team meets and mingles at the venue
4:00 PM Event starts, teams sit together and do ice breaker
4:10 PM Event kick-off; instructional video shown

5:45 PM Prep for return; slideshow of images are playing on screens
6:00 PM All teams return to venue; appetizers and beverages served
6:15 PM Announce winning teams & awards ceremony

The team at Ridgeline Experiences would welcome the opportunity to produce Friends of the Children’s upcoming team event and the next step in the process is confirming the event details (including event date and location) and then we will get to work drafting-up a contract.
