Stated Deliverables:
Serve as the event host and emcee for the Expo room with a main focus on the theater. Promote upcoming sessions, draw attendees in to hear the speakers and manage the stage content, including thanking the sponsors, introducing the speakers, closing out the session and promoting the next session.
PRICING & INCLUSIONS
Emcee: $5,000 per day
Includes: Up to 8-hours of commitment for on-site event emcee, 3-hours of virtual pre-planning meetings and 2-hours of live rehearsal time.
Travel: $1,500
Includes: Round-trip airfare to Austin, TX (AUS), ground transportation, lodging and per diem. Rates are subject to change based on selected location and total date commitment. All travel is arranged by Geoff Rhodes.
TOTAL: $16,500
