For six years, I had the opportunity to serve as the in-house “Director of Fun” for a rapidly growing cybersecurity company with a fully remote, global workforce. My role was to design and deliver engaging experiences that reinforced the company’s values and amplified its culture across the organization. These are just a few of the memorable moments we created together over the years, and a reflection of the powerful role culture plays in building a high performing team.
CUSTOM EXPERIENCE
Designing custom experiences is my specialty, especially those that connect the experience to a meaningful giveback benefiting the local community. With Nashville as our host city, I created a songwriting competition where attendees partnered with local female singer-songwriters to write and perform original songs inspired by our newest product, “Firefly.” Following the performances, we surprised the charity with a donation to help support their incredible after school program.
TEAM TALK
Team Talk is a collection of interviews featuring team members answering engaging questions tied to topics currently relevant to their company. These interviews are then crafted into a series of short films that can be easily shared at in-person meetings or virtual gatherings. Entertaining and authentic, these films give team members the opportunity to share personal stories, strengthen connections, and bring your culture to life.
