WHAT IS INCLUDED
Emcee: For all bookings, 5-hours of virtual pre-planning meetings and 2-hours of live rehearsal time are included within the rate. Depending on the event location, additional travel expenses may be required. Travel: Travel rates include round-trip airfare, ground transportation, lodging and per diem. TEAM TALK
Team Talk is a collection of videos, all featuring your team members answering engaging questions that align to your conference or meeting theme, with intentional messaging and on-brand design. Over the past five years, Team Talk has become one of the most sought-after engagement experiences I have ever offered. It’s a powerful addition to both live and virtual events, guaranteed to capture your audience’s attention and elevate the overall energy. Here is an example of a video created for a recent client whose theme was “Own the Battle.”
FULLY TURNKEY PROCESS
Every aspect of this experience is fully turnkey. From developing the questions and coordinating virtual interviews to producing and editing the final films, I manage the entire process with precision and care so you can expect a seamless experience, on-time delivery, and a final product that exceeds your expectations. I am confident this will be one of the most effortless and impactful projects you will ever partner with me to produce.
SOME OF MY FAVORITE FILMS
Favorite Movie Line: I was hosting a “Film Festival” style event and this ended up being the perfect question to ask attendees. Being able to include the clips from each movie made this one of my all-time favorite films to edit.
Survivor: This video will always have a special place in my heart because I got to make a video about my favorite TV show, Survivor. To cap it off, I got to feature a cameo from one of my favorite players, Boston Rob, which was a big hit with the New England audience.
Favorite Question: In five years I have asked over 82 different questions, and my favorite one is still “if you had to eat the same meal every day for a year, what would you choose?”. I always love the different responses I receive.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Turnkey: All you have to do is provide me with a list of the names and emails of the the team members you want me to interview and I will take care of the rest. This includes, selecting the questions, communicating with all of the interviewees, scheduling all the virtual appointments, recording all of the video calls, and creating a series of creative and engaging films to entertain your audience. Customization: This is my specialty! I can customize every aspect of this experience from the questions I ask to the branding used to frame each shot.

HEAR THEIR STORY
In the weeks leading-up to the event we interview each of the students and make a short film about their passion for music. This film is shared at the start of the event so that we can provide the attendees with some backstory on the students.

The most memorable moments often arise when faced with a task or challenge that seems insurmountable. Telling people they have only 90-minutes to write and direct a movie is a perfect example. However, with a little direction, the support of a professional cinematographer, and teamwork, that once-impossible task transforms into an memorable challenge that brings out the best in your team’s creativity. When it’s time to watch their film, the true magic of the experience unfolds: the stars of the show are the very people sitting around your table, and the memories created that day will undoubtedly last a lifetime.

POPULAR FILM FESTIVAL OPTIONS
MOVIE TRAILER: This is my favorite option, as making a movie trailer allows for endless creative opportunities for the participants. Featured Example: Each team was assigned a different venue (this team was given the inside of an airplane) and tasked with creating a movie trailer about their company’s newest marketing campaign, “Trusted. Modern. Connected.”
MUSIC VIDEO: Wildly popular option that can be themed to a specific genre of music or left open ended to allow for endless interpretation. Featured Example: This was an advanced activity that tasked teams with writing and recording their own lyrics to a popular song, along with starring in their own music video. The activity was spread out over a 4-hour time frame to accommodate all of the logistics.
SHORT FILM: Each team is assigned a specific genre of film, a location and a theme. From there, teams and their cinematographers will have freedom to create. Example: This team was assigned: a drama at a campfire and they had to creatively feature their company’s newest elevator pitch into the film. This was a fan favorite and it went on to win “Best Picture” at their film festival awards show.
Every event kicks-off with a custom video tutorial to help orient participants on the rules of the event. This was the video created for a music video themed event called “The VTV Music Awards”.

What started out as an idea for an icebreaker game, quickly morphed into one of my most popular experiences of all-time where participants are tasked with selling an everyday product to specific group of people at a certain time in history. It features a perfect blend of teamwork, creativity, and problem solving to create a fast-paced, super fun activity that can be completely customized to meet your needs. It also pairs beautifully with any type of charitable partner, making it a unique giveback experience for everyone involved.
